Is Ellington Events available for my event date?


Check our availability calendar to see if your day is available. Day not available? Do message us anyway. Occasionally we do have clients that will transfer their date. And in certain circumstances we can accommodate multiple events in a day.




What does it cost to book Ellington?


Our basic event package is between $1,700 and $1,900 and $2 per person




How many guests can Ellington hold?


Because of our flexible set-up system we can accommodate both large and small events comfortably. With our barn doors closed, we can accommodate events from 40 to 150 people. For larger events, open our barn doors up and expand the space to accommodate up to 300 people.




What's included in the basic package?


Facility - Use of the facility for up to 4 hours. This includes the luxurious ballroom, connected outside patio (temperature controlled, covered), connected side room (great for a kids room or coffee lounge) and small side room (prep space, drop off space - bring everything the night before to be ready the day of the event, private suite - perfect for getting ready). Additional fees apply when renting our expanded ballroom. Tables / Chairs - All tables and chairs needed for your event are included with the $2 / person fee. For tables: we have both round and rectangle tables in multiple sizes, which can be used for guest tables, bar, buffet, cake sign in, gift, prep and more. For chairs: we have banquet chairs for up to 200, kids chairs, highchairs as well as lounge furniture. Staff - Ellington Staff will always be present to take care of any issues that can come up. Decor - Twinkle lights and down-lighting in any color are included in our basic package. Basic Facility Amenities - These include bathroom essentials, garbage bags, trash cans, and more. Clean up - Our basic package even includes clean up, so at the end of the night you won't be cleaning our facility.




What are the other services Ellington can provide?


Linens, tableware, beverage packages, DJ, Coordination, staffing services and more. Pricing for these services vary in cost.




What are the benefits of booking Ellington over other event facilities?


  1. Choose your own caterer, or provide your own food. Caterers will be referred upon request and can start as low as $7 per person.
  2. Flexibility with alcohol: Buy your own alcohol, have us serve it or hire a bartender on your own.
  3. No curfew: But what does this mean? We allow events to go as late as you want. Party til midnight, or keep it going into the morning (overtime fees will apply).
  4. In-house staffing services: hire Ellington's staff to set up, break-down, cater, bus and more.




I want to book Ellington - what is the next step?


Set up a site tour to see the space in person! Site tours take about 1 hr, and will be a 2-part process. First, we tour the facility and all of the features that can be used to benefit your event. Second, you’ll get a chance to go through the process of planning a successful event at Ellington. During this process, we will provide an estimate that will be emailed to you on the spot, based on the basic services you will need and your guest count.
