  ผู้เอาประกันภัย หมายถึง บุคคลที่ระบุชื่อเป็นผู้เอาประกันภัยใน ตารางกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยนี้และ/หรือเอกสารแนบโดยกำหนด อายุต่ำสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือนและสูงสุดไม่เกิน 75ปี ซึ่งเป็นบุคคล ที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกรมธรรม์ประกันภัย

ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN

ALL INCLUSIVE CONDITION:

• Only selected beverages which are listed in the package will be offered.

• Any other beverages which are not included in the packages and consumed extra, will be charged directly to the guest.

• All the listed beverages will be served only by glasses and not by bottles, available during the opening hours of the bars and restaurants.

• If the guests will show the signs of intoxication or misbehave, the restaurant and bar managers have authority to stop serving alcohol to such guest.

• On non-availability of particular listed beverage, an alternate beverage will be offered by hotel team.

• The guests who choose beverage package cannot offer any of the drinks to his friends or others if they are not part of the package.

• Meals cannot be taken in different restaurants during the same meal period.

• Meal plan upgrade must be purchased for all guests in the room/ villa. It is not allowed to purchase the upgrade for only one person in a double occupancy room. • Free kid meals are available at Ministry of Crab, Nihonbashi Blue and Carne Diem.

• Unused meal package benefits are not refundable or non-extendable to the next day and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

HONEYMOON AND ANNIVERSARY:

• Copy of marriage certificate required upon check-in

• ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคา ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีโปรโมชั่นใหม่ไม่สามารถ re-book ได้

• ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคาตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในอัตราที่สูง ณ ช่วงเวลาที่ทำการจอง บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา

• ราคาข้างต้นคำนวณจากอัตราภาษีของประเทศมัลดีฟส์ ณ อัตราปัจจุบัน (GST และภาษีอื่นๆ) หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอัตราภาษีต่างๆของประเทศมัลดีฟส์ ณ ช่วงเวลาที่ทำการจอง บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา

• ดำน้ำลึก, การรับประทานอาหาร หรือกิจกรรมสันทนาการใดๆ ที่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้ข้างต้น / Scuba diving, other meals or activities that do not mentioned in the package

• ประกันการเดินทางที่ครอบคลุมการกักตัว, การรักษาตัว, การเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทาง เนื่องจากสถานการณ์โควิด 19

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

• Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.

• Check out: 12.00 hrs.

• หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลาเวลา 12.00 - 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use 12.00 - 18.00 : room charge 50%

• หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาหักค่ามัดจํา5,000 บาทต่อท่าน/ More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person

• 45-31 วันก่อนการเดินทาง คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45-31 days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%.

• 30 วันก่อนการเดินทาง เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพกัที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival cancellation charge 100%.

• ยกเลิกกะทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จอง ไม่สามารถขอเงินคืนได้ /No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.

• ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
