CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

The check-in time is at 15:00 hrs. All guests arriving before 15:00 hrs. will be accommodated as soon as the villas become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if villas are unavailable. We recommend booking an additional night to guarantee early check-in.
Check-out time is at 11:00 hrs. Late check-out will be subject to availability and applicable charges. We recommend booking an additional night to guarantee late check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด 45 -31
30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด
ยกเลิกกระทันหัน:หรือ พักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
กรณีชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต ทางบริษัทจะทำการหักค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร 3% จากยอดแพคเกจเต็มจำนวน ก่อนการคำนวนเงินคืนตามเงือนไขที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นทุกครั้ง
