CANCELLATION POLICY:

มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน
45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด 45 -31
30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด
ยกเลิกกระทันหัน:หรือ พักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
กรณีชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต ทางบริษัทจะทำการหักค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร 3% จากยอดแพคเกจเต็มจำนวน ก่อนการคำนวนเงินคืนตามเงือนไขที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นทุกครั้ง

HONEYMOON:

These services will be provided on complimentary basis where applicable. Should clients wish to avail these services the request is to be submitted at the time of reservations. To qualify for honeymoon services, honeymooners will be required to submit certified documents (validity max. 12 months) and this should be communicated at the time of reservation.

All Honeymooners for a minimum 4 nights stay will receive the following services:

One bottle of wine, chocolate with special turn down service per room per stay.
Free Villa upgrade from Manta Villa to Dolphin Villa (upon request and subject to hotel confirmation at the time of booking).
